Kids in the Kitchen: Tuna Melts

TUNA MELTS

INGREDIENTS:
1 can (6 oz) tuna (packed in water)
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
6 English muffins halfs (2 whole English muffins split in half)
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together drained tuna fish and mayonnaise. Place English muffins on a baking sheet. Spread tuna on English muffins. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top. Bake for 10 – 15 minutes (cheese will be melted and edges of the English muffins lightly browned).
