CHICKEN FRIED STEAK STRIPS
Ingredients:
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 cup milk
1 cup all purpose flour
1 Tbsp. onion powder
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 pound round steak, cut into thin strips
oil to fry in

In a small bowl, mix egg and milk.
In a second small bowl, mix flour and all seasonings.
Dip beef strips into egg mixture, then in the flour mixture. Redip into the egg mixture then flour mixture a second time.
In a deep skillet heat about 1/2 inch of oil over medium high heat.
Fry each steak strip until golden brown on each side (about 4 - 5 minutes).
Place on paper towel to drain.

SEASONED GREEN BEANS
Ingredients:
2 cans green beans (choose any cut you like), drained
1 Tbsp butter or margarine
1/8 cup diced onion
1 small can mushrooms
2 Tbsp flour
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup potato chips, crushed
salt and pepper

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté onions and mushroom until golden brown.
Mix in the flour, then gradually stir in the chicken broth and cream. Allow this mixture to cook over medium heat until thickened (remember to stir frequently).
Stir in green beans and cook until warmed through. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle crushed potato chips on top.
