CHILI PIE
Ingredients:
3 cups corn chips (Fritos work great)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 small onion, chopped
3 cans of chili
*****
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spread half of the corn chips in a casserole dish (if the corn chips are large, I recommend breaking them up a bit).
Sprinkle with ½ cup cheese and all of the onion. Cover with all of the chili. Top with remaining chips and cheese.
Bake until heated through and cheese is melted (usually takes about 20 minutes).
