BAKED HERB TILAPIA
Ingredients:
4 tilapia fillets
3 Tbsp mayonnaise
2 Tbsp chopped dill (or 1 Tbsp dill weed)
1/2 cup chopped parsley (or 2 Tbsp dried parsley)
salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 375ยบ. Place fillets on a rimmed baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread mayonnaise over fillets then sprinkle with the herbs.
Bake about 15 minutes, or until fish is opaque and flakes easily.

CHEESY BROCCOLI COUSCOUS
Ingredients:
2 cups water
10 oz package of uncooked couscous
10 oz package frozen broccoli with cheese sauce
1 ½ cups low fat cottage cheese
½ cup grated parmesan cheese

Bring water to a boil in medium saucepan and stir in couscous. Remove from heat, cover and wait about 5 minutes.
Cook frozen broccoli with cheese sauce according to the directions on the package.
Mix broccoli and cheese sauce with cooked couscous, cottage cheese and parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
