TOMATO PIZZA
Ingredients:
1 tube refrigerated pizza crust (10 oz)
1 pkg low fat cream cheese (8 oz), softened
1 cup fresh basil, chopped
1 tsp garlic, minced
½ tsp dried thyme
6 plum tomatoes, sliced thin
2 tsp olive oil
dash of salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Unroll crust on lightly greased baking sheet; press into rectangle.
Bake 14 minutes, until lightly browned.
Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees.
In medium bowl mix cream cheese, basil, garlic and thyme then spread over baked crust.
Top with tomatoes, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Bake about 7 minutes until tomatoes are just warmed.
Sprinkle with pepper. Cut into squares. Can be served warm or at room temperature.

FETA GREEN BEANS
Ingredients:
2 lb fresh green beans
½ cup Zesty Italian Salad Dressing (regular Italian can also be used)
¼ cup crumbled Feta Cheese

Cook green beans in boiling water for 7 – 10 minutes; drain.
Toss green beans with salad dressing and feta cheese.
