Wednesday Recipe: Beef Stroganoff

BEEF STROGANOFF

Ingredients:
½ pound beef stir fry meat, cup into small pieces (can also use ground beef)
1 can mushrooms
½ cup chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ cup sour cream
½ tsp paprika

Brown beef, mushrooms, and onion in a small amount of olive oil (or other cooking oil).


Combine soup, sour cream and paprika, and mix until smooth. Add to beef and stir together.


Cover and simmer until warmed through.


Serve over boiled egg noodles.


PRINTABLE VERSION

This goes great with:

SAUTEED VEGGIES

Ingredients:
½ cup butter or margarine
2 yellow squash, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 can corn (can use frozen)

Melt butter in skillet then add the vegetables.


Sauté for 10 – 15 minutes, until cooked through.


Add salt and pepper, if desired.
