This Week's Dessert: Zucchini Bread

ZUCCHINI BREAD

Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 cup cooking oil
2 cups zucchini, shredded
½ cup nuts, chopped (optional)
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
3 tsp cinnamon
3 tsp vanilla
dash of salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare 2 bread pans with cooking spray.


Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Pour into prepared pans.


Bake for 1 hour.
