TACO SOUP
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
4 cups water
1 can kidney beans, drained (16 oz)
1 can corn, drained (about 15 oz)
1 can black beans, drained (15 oz)
1 can tomato sauce (15 oz)
1 can condensed tomato soup (10.75 oz)
1 can diced tomatoes (10 oz)
1 can enchilada sauce (10 oz)
1 pkg taco seasoning mix (1 oz)
1 tsp salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream

In large pot or dutch oven, brown ground beef and onion together. Drain. Mix in water, kidney beans, corn, black beans, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, tomato soup, enchilada sauce, taco seasoning mix and salt.
Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
Serve topped with a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkling of cheese.

Ingredients:
2 cups baking mix
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together until a soft dough forms.
Drop by spoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 8 - 10 minutes, until golden brown.
