Divide mixture and stuff equal amount into each manicotti noodle. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Put about ¼ of the sauce at the bottom of a 9 x 9 baking pan. Make a single layer of the stuffed manicotti noodles. Lightly grease a 2 qt. casserole/ baking dish.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Bring pot of water to a boil and cook macaroni for 5 minutes. large;"&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;1 lb ground beef&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;¼ cup chopped green pepper&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;1 tsp yellow mustard&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;3 tsp brown sugar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;¼ cup onion, chopped&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;½ tsp garlic powder&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;¾ cup ketchup&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;salt and pepper to taste&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;6 – 8 hamburger Add in onion and squash, mix well. Coat the salmon with maple mixture. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place salmon in a glass baking dish, lightly sprayed with cooking oil. Sauté onion and red bell pepper for about 2 minutes. Add in rice and sauté together for about 5 minutes (the rice should start to brown a bit). Mix in peas, garlic powder and soy sauce. Cook over medium high heat for another 5 minutes. Move rice mixture to one side of the skillet and add eggs to the open area of the skillet; scramble eggs. Bring to a boil; be sure not to allow it to burn.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Add in almonds. large;"&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;1 tube refrigerated pizza crust (10 oz)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;1 pkg low fat cream cheese (8 oz), softened&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;1 cup fresh basil, chopped&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;1 tsp garlic, minced&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;½ tsp dried thyme&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;6 plum tomatoes, sliced thin&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;2 tsp olive oil&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;dash of salt and pepper&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;*****&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Pound flour into steaks then sprinkle with salt and pepper. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Heat vegetable oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steaks quickly (about 3 - 5 minutes per side) until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and keep warm in foil. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Drain all but about 2 Tbsp of drippings from the skillet. Add onion and sauté for about 7 - 8 minutes or until soft. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Stir in remaining flour with onion, and cook 2 – 3 minutes. Put in large pan with enough water to cover potatoes. Peas</title><content type='html'>&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;PASTA &amp;amp; PEAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;INGREDIENTS:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;6 oz (about 3 cups) rotini or bow tie pasta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;1 1/2 cups frozen peas (baby peas work best)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;1 cup Alfredo sauce (from a jar)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;1/2 cup bacon, torn into small pieces&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;***&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;In a large saucepan filled half full with water, heat over high heat until boiling. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Carefully, add the pasta. Bring to a boil again and cook for 6 minutes. Make sure to stir on occasion to prevent sticking. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Add peas to boiling water and continue cooking for another 6 minutes. Again, stir on occasion.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Strain pasta and peas through a colander in the sink. Put the pasta and peas back into the same saucepan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Add the Alfredo sauce and bacon pieces. So, I try to pick and choose which items are most worth paying the extra.&amp;nbsp; A few months ago one of the Vegetarian magazines did an article on buying organics.&amp;nbsp; They specifically highlighted those foods that were best to purchase organic.&amp;nbsp;
